The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education has officially issued the fee notification for the HSSC First Annual Examination 2026. The schedule applies to institutions and candidates within Pakistan and outlines clear timelines for online admission, fee submission, and examination dates.

According to the board, the HSSC First Annual exams are expected to begin from April 28, 2026, subject to final confirmation.

Admission Form Submission Schedule

The Federal Board has opened online admissions in phases to ensure smooth processing and avoid last-minute issues.

  • Normal fee: up to February 3, 2026

  • Double fee: February 4 to February 12, 2026

  • Triple fee: February 13 to February 24, 2026

Institutions are advised to complete submissions within the normal fee period to avoid unnecessary financial burden on students.

Examination Fee Details

The fee structure varies depending on the candidate’s registration status and examination category.

Registered / Regular / Ex-Private / IBCC Candidates

  • HSSC Part-I or Part-II: Rs. 2,700 each

  • HSSC Part-I & II (combined): Rs. 5,400

(Includes a one-time registration fee of Rs. 1,500)

Non-Registered Private & IBCC Candidates

  • HSSC Part-I or Part-II: Rs. 4,200

  • HSSC Part-I & II: Rs. 6,900

Correction and Deletion Charges

The board has clarified that:

Students are strongly advised to review their forms carefully before final submission.

Fee Payment Method

All examination fees must be deposited only through system-generated challans.

Accepted payment options include:

  • Designated HBL and MCB bank branches

  • Approved digital payment services

Manual or incomplete challans will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Important Instructions for Institutions and Candidates

  • Only complete and finalized online forms will be accepted

  • Draft or incomplete applications will be rejected

  • Institutions must upload verified forms before the deadline

  • HSSC Part-II candidates may opt to reappear in Part-I subjects by clearly mentioning them in the form

The Federal Board has announced full fee exemption for:

Valid documentary proof must be submitted at the time of form submission.
